GREASES - ANTI-WARPING AGENTS - CLAYS IN BALLS

GREASES AND LUBRICANTS

We manufacture four types of greases, with hight quality oils and stearates, with or without particles of soft metals, or graphite.

According as the oil is mineral, vegetal or synthetic ester, we propose classic greases, or without hydrocarbons, for sites with ecological problems.

.

CLASSIC GREASE

These greases (blond) contain no additive, only oil and pasting. A blond grease without hydrocarbons, with vegetal oil presents strictly no problem for environment.

COPPER GREASE

Contains in weight 25, 36, 45 ou 60% of copper particles 50 microns. The product finished is an exceptional anti-clutching agent, with resists to 1000C of temperature. Our 60% type is a paste, used for down the hole hammer threads.

ZINC GREASE

Contains 50% in weight of pure zinc particles 50 microns. The product is less efficient than Copper, so must be used in normal conditions. For rod threads, tricones and drag bits

GRAPHITE GREASE

Contains 20% of pure graphite particles. Gives good results below 500 Kg/m of torque on threads. We manufacture a without hydrocarbons type, with no risk for environment and health

LEAD GREASE

Contains in weight 60% of lead. This product is now nearly forsaken in Europe for waterwells and geotechnical drilling, because of high toxicity of lead. The same use than copper greases, with lower temperatures (300C).

OIL FOR DOWN THE HOLE HAMMERS

Lubrificant for pneumatic motors, 50 Kg pails

BIO-LUB OIL

Ester oil for down the hole hammers and hydraulic without hydrocarbons. No danger for environment, biodegradable. Gives often better results than classic oils. 30 Kg pails,

DE-WARPING PRODUCTS

Two products are proposed, under trademark " CLINAFOR ".

CLINAFOR 100 distroy carbonates deposits. It is a mixture of acids in granules and tensio-active agents, in 25 Kg bags.Concentration of use: 5 à 10% of water volume in the pit.

CLINAFOR 200 disperse clays and slime warpings.Contains chloride. 25 Kg bags. Concentration 25 Kg/M3 of water.

CLAYS IN BALLS

Bentonite clays in balls are used to built water-tight stoppers in wells.

They can be used temporary (SOBRANITE) to insulate a gravel pack from concrete, or definitively (OREGONITE) to insulate the aquifer from contaminated surface water.

OREGONITE: Balls 6 mm, or cylinders 6/10 mm, in 20 Kg pots. SOBRANITE: Balls 5 or 12 mm, 25 Kg bags.
